Ujval Tara - meaning Bright Star in Sanskrit.

The word Yoga itself is derived from a Sanskrit word meaning to join together - Union. Yoga is the union of the mind, body emotions and intellect. Yoga is non competitive. It is a way of life, an individual journey, a life long journey caring for your mind, body and soul. Practicing yoga regularly will bring you to new heights of physical and mental well being.

If you are considering yoga or you practice regularly, I guarantee you will enjoy at least one aspect of my class if not all. The classes are designed and adjusted to each individual needs.

Classes are structured on the Sivananda style yoga and include a sequenced variety of postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), relaxation & meditation to end the practice.
