About ME
My name is Paramjit Anand known too many as Pam. I currently live in London and also spend several months of the year in Goa India, teaching Yoga and Well-being.
As a teenager I was always interested in the health and fitness industry. I also enjoyed traveling and became a flight attendant discovering different cultures and countries around the world. Through this experience I was introduced to the ancient practices of yoga and this is how my journey began. In 1998 I encountered the true experience of Yoga at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerela. Here I practised the 5 main principles of yoga and have continued my practice ever since.
In the Millennium I left the airline industry to work in Corporate Sales, the fast pace and corporate life style soon lost its appeal and I longed for a more fulfilling life. I came across the Sivananda teacher training course in 2003 that I completed. I then began teaching immediately on a part time basis. I finally left the corporate enviroment in 2006 to teach yoga and fitness full time and I have never been happier.
I am a passionate, enthusiastic and focused person delivering my teaching abilities to individuals of all levels of fitness, improving strength, flexibility and mental attitude.
I was a bit unsure as to whether I would enjoy yoga when I first started but Pam certainly took my doubts away Neil
Pam was always very encouraging and positive, which as a beginner and someone who hasn't been regularly exercising is very important.Angela
