Private Tuition

Private tuition is available for individuals or small groups. Whether you’re a beginner or advance, the practice will be tailored to your specific needs and requirements, to enable your practice to develop at a natural pace with your ability.

Fitness levels, flexibility and strength will be assessed.

Practice can be arranged at a suitable location or at your own home. Minimum session time is 1hour.

Yoga for Senior's

Each participant will undergo a thorough screening to assess there movement abilities and general fitness level before the course begins. Asanas will be adjusted to suit individual needs. These classes will be at a slower pace emphasizing on breathing techniques and smaller range of movements.

Corporate Yoga

Classes are designed appropriately for individual groups of people in the work place. The sequence of asanas will promote a deep sense of relaxation and calmness to the mind and body creating a feeling of relaxed and alert well-being.

The sessions are preferably held at your premises in an appropriate size room or arrangements can be made to source facilities close by to your office. Classes are usually one and a half hours long but can be shortened to fit into your preferred schedule.

Yoga for Kids

Yoga for children is a non-competitive activity, providing exercise in a natural and healthy way for both body and mind. Classes stimulate children through stretching their bodies and imagination by combining animal stories with yoga postures. The practice promotes strength, flexibility and good co-ordination.

Yoga teaches children to relax, concentrate and be gentle with others, while experiencing stillness and calm Children work at their own pace and quickly recognize their own achievements.

Kid’s Yoga benefits are:

Fitness Workouts

A variety of fitness workouts and choreographed aerobic exercise is offered to suit all levels of fitness. Progression and adaptations are demonstrated to suit each individuals needs, working on specific muscle groups to strengthen and tone.

These classes are great for weight loss and a cardio vascular workout:

  • Choreographed aerobic exercise
    An energetic workout that incorporates high and low intensity moves and routine

  • Abs and Back workouts
    Focusing on toning and strengthening the core abdominal, back muscles and associated muscle groups

  • LBT
    A conditioning and toning class that focuses on Legs, Bums and Tums

  • Body Combat
    An aerobic style class combining moves from a range of self-defence disciplines including Karate, Boxing and Kickboxing

  • Dance Inspired
    This aerobic style class incorporates a variety of dance moves to help you shake your body, have fun and get fit

  • Long walks
    Routes are designed to keep the heart rate up and the walk enjoyable

  • Pilates
    These classes are Mat Pilates where exercises are mostly done lying down. Variations and adaptations will be demonstrated to suit each individuals needs. The class begins and ends with relaxation.
