Private Tuition
Fitness levels, flexibility and strength will be assessed.
Practice can be arranged at a suitable location or at your own home. Minimum session time is 1hour.
Yoga for Senior's
Corporate Yoga
The sessions are preferably held at your premises in an appropriate size room or arrangements can be made to source facilities close by to your office. Classes are usually one and a half hours long but can be shortened to fit into your preferred schedule.
Yoga for Kids
Yoga teaches children to relax, concentrate and be gentle with others, while experiencing stillness and calm Children work at their own pace and quickly recognize their own achievements.

- LBT
A conditioning and toning class that focuses on Legs, Bums and Tums - Body Combat
An aerobic style class combining moves from a range of self-defence disciplines including Karate, Boxing and Kickboxing - Dance Inspired
This aerobic style class incorporates a variety of dance moves to help you shake your body, have fun and get fit
- Long walks
Routes are designed to keep the heart rate up and the walk enjoyable - Pilates
These classes are Mat Pilates where exercises are mostly done lying down. Variations and adaptations will be demonstrated to suit each individuals needs. The class begins and ends with relaxation.

My Classes
Classes are structured on the Sivananda style yoga and include a sequenced variety of postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), relaxation & meditation to end the practice.
Classes are based on alignment and anatomy with a focus on clear, accessible instructions. Guidance and gentle adjustments allowing students to continually get deeper into postures and helping gain the up most benefit from their practice.
Beginner's classes
These classes are designed to move slower then the regular classes as they prepare you for moving forward in your practice in a safe way so you prevent injury as your practice progresses.
For those of you who would like to try a class to see if you are ready to begin your journey, drop-in is available.
Intermediate / General cLASSES
The basic sequence will be practiced including several progression variations and adaptations.
This class will develop your practice further and will introduce advance breathing exercises (pranayama)
ADVANCED cLASSES
This class will move you towards a deeper practice with advance variations and challenging moves. Classes will include advance breathing exercises (pranayama).
