"Pam is very good at 'taking' you that little bit further each time you do a pose. She is thorough at explaining exactly where your limbs should be in relation to your torso and getting you to relax so that you can move into the pose that little bit more. She also frequently explains the 'why' which is helpful if you like to have knowledge as well as the physical experience.
I have achieved levels of flexibility I never thought possible and consequently gain much more enjoyment of life. Pam makes the session enjoyable with her sense of fun - she is somehow ALWAYS in good humour! Her relaxation sessions leave me feeling bodily and mentally chilled at the end and I rarely suffer from aching muscles afterwards. Given I only took up Yoga about 6 months ago and being ageed 53, I think that is quite remarkable"

"I was a bit unsure as to whether I would enjoy yoga when I first started
but Pam certainly took my doubts away. Learning yoga with her is hard work but
good fun. She gets the best out of everyone and is always encouraging and
supportive. There is no pressure on you to keep up with the whole class,
you can take it at your own pace which is really good.
I have certainly felt the benefit and can see and feel an improvement in
my ability to bend and stretch over the course of a term. I feel much fitter
and stronger in myself and I would have no hesitation in recommending Pam
as a great yoga instructor."

"Pam, through her personality and teaching methods, very quickly makes me
forget that I'm having my yoga sessions in an old school hall. She's always very encouraging and positive, which as a beginner and someone who hasn't been regularly exercising is very important."

"Pam is always totally professional, but very friendly and reassuring. She
manages to get you to do things you didn't think you could, just by urging
you on bit by bit. She regularly praises you, encouraging you to do your
personal best, no matter what others are doing in the class.
Our class is full of people who have been coming for years, in most cases, because they enjoy it so much. You always feel that you have had a good class, as she always starts on time (unlike another classes I went to!) and works steadily through the session. I like doing the same basic routine each week, with variations. You get to know the asanas and improve them. "

"Pam’s classes always leave me feeling relaxed and calm after a stressful
day at work. Her yoga classes have helped me to tone up and build all round
body strength, as well as increase the suppleness of my limbs. She always
makes the class enjoyable and I have already noticed a significant improvement
in my abilities since attending?"
