My Classes
If you are considering yoga or you practice regularly, I guarantee you will enjoy at least one aspect of my class if not all.
Classes are structured on the Sivananda style yoga and include a sequenced variety of postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), relaxation & meditation to end the practice.
Classes are based on alignment and anatomy with a focus on clear, accessible instructions. Guidance and gentle adjustments allowing students to continually get deeper into postures and helping gain the up most benefit from their practice.
